Discuss your brand

Before we begin

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Keeping your logo? Starting small? Wondering what you actually get? Let's clear a few things up.

Your question isn't here?

Tell us what you're working through. You don't need a polished brief to start a conversation.

Ask us about your brand
Can we keep our existing logo?

Yes. If your logo still fits the business and customers recognise it, we can build around it. We first look at what works, then recommend whether to keep, refine or replace it. A stronger brand doesn't always need a new logo.

What will we receive at the end?

Your proposal lists the exact deliverables. Depending on the scope, these may include positioning, messaging, a visual identity, brand guidelines and practical templates. We also specify file formats, editable files and any third-party licences before work starts.

Can we start with just one part?

Yes. You might need clearer messaging, an identity refresh or a set of campaign assets. We can scope that specific need. If another issue needs attention first, we'll explain why before you commit.

How long will the project take?

Timing depends on the scope, available material and how quickly feedback can be agreed. We set milestones and review dates in the proposal. If you have a launch date, share it early so we can discuss what is realistic.

How much should we budget?

We price the agreed scope, including the research, creative work and deliverables involved. Share your priorities and an approximate budget, and we can discuss a sensible starting point. The proposal sets out the fee, payment stages and any additional costs.

What if the first direction doesn't feel right?

We review it against the brief and talk through what isn't working. Your feedback helps us refine the direction within the agreed review rounds. If the brief changes or more rounds are needed, we discuss the effect on scope and cost before proceeding.

What do you need from us to get started?

A conversation about your business, customers and goals is a useful start. Bring any existing brand files, website links and examples of what feels right or wrong. We'll also agree who gives feedback and who signs off decisions.

Can you help us use the brand after handover?

Yes. We can separately scope website design, content templates, social creative or campaign assets to put the brand into use. Tell us where it needs to appear first, and we'll help prioritise the rollout.
