Information you provide
When you call, email or use an enquiry form, you may provide your name, phone number, business name, budget range and a description of your goal. The form currently prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review before sending. Nothing is sent through the form until you choose to continue in WhatsApp.
Technical information
The published website may receive standard server logs such as the requested page, approximate network location, browser type, device type and request time. If analytics or advertising measurement is added later, this policy should be updated and any consent controls required by applicable law should be enabled before that tracking is used.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested work, prepare a proposal, maintain project communication, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Nothing Down does not sell personal information. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for the stated purpose.
Retention and security
Enquiry and project information should be kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, delivery, records or legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, but reasonable access controls and reputable service providers should be used.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where retention is not legally required. Contact nothingdown@ravulacharan.com. You can also choose not to send the WhatsApp enquiry and contact Nothing Down by phone or email instead.
